Great walk to beach home. Situated in quiet residential area 5 - 10 minutes walk from beautiful unspoilt Manasota Beach. Pool is very private and surrounded by shrubbery.
On entry into the large living room there are comfortable sofa's, cocktail tables and and tv.
Off the living room there is dining area with table and chairs and this overlooks the pool area through glass sliding doors. The kitchen overlooks the pool and is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. There is casual breakfast area off the kitchen with table and chairs.
The master bedroom is to the right of the house and has queen bed, bedroom set and tv. There is en suite bathroom with bath and shower.
The other two bedrooms are on opposite side of the house and one has a full and twin bed and the other has a queen bed. These rooms share a full bathroom.
Minutes to shopping, and restaurants and many golf courses in the area.
