The three other bedrooms are on the other side of the house and the second master has king room with en suite shower room. Further queen and twin rooms which share a third full bathroom.

Going out onto the brick paved pool area, the swimming pool is very large, about 16 x 30 which overlooks the back yard which has mature landscaping. There is also an sun deck outside the pool screen. Out door table and chairs for dining, and loungers to lie by the pool

We really enjoyed this home-- nice to walk to various neighborhoods, the Lemon Bay Preserve, and also the beach. Very easy to settle in here 3 months. The property was well cared for and private, with a huge back yard. Appreciated the extra TLC from the owner who checked in regularly.

Our rental villa on 1110 Manasota Beach Road, had 4 large bedrooms, a beautiful lounge, and more than adequate kitchen.
For our party, the extra large Heated Pool was fantastic.
The property overall was very clean.
Its proximity to Manasota Beach was an added bonus.
