I cant say enough good about the TMI team who helped with solving the issue of odor inside the house upon arrival ( ended up being AC not ran for a while and it resolved within 24 hrs)
Also allowed us to check in early without additional cost
Not to mention mailing me left behind item with no cost - Thank you soo much Leslie!!!
