The large master bedroom is off is this area, and has king bed with large walk in shower room with multiple shower heads, double vanity. There is also a deck that overlooks front yard. Large flat sceen tv in master.
On this level there are 2 more guests rooms which are located for maximum privacy for everyone.
First one has two double beds with its own shower room and also has some bay views from its deck. Second guest room has a queen room with its own shower room and its deck also overlooks the front yard.
Going through from living room into open plan kitchen no expense has been spared here. Beautiful cabinetry, granite countertops, french door refrigerator, double ovens, under counter microwave and large gas range.

Going downstairs to lower level there are two further bedrooms, one with double bed and other with twin bunk and single twin bed.
These two bedrooms share a further shower room.
Large downstairs living rooms with wet bar, refrigerator, more seating areas all lead out to pool and tropical landscaping around it.
Large laundry room on lower level with washer, dryer.
The pool is large, freeflowing and there is outdoor furniture to relax by it.
Long dock leads out to Lemon Bay so easy to rent a boat and tie it up.
The beach access is a short walk across the street and down the designated lane.
Here you come onto pristine section of beach which very few can enjoy.
Walk over here in evening to also enjoy some fabulous Florida sunsets.

The properties I have stayed at were pretty much perfect. Great locations. Beautiful houses on beautiful properties. We stayed at houses that featured fantastic pools too. Everything was clean, well appointed and well cared for. We had a lot of different places to chose from and I was impressed by the selection and price points. They really did have something for everyone. TMI was the perfect choice for the way we like to travel.

Our vacation days at Manasota Key Dock house were almost too perfect. We were eight of us (4 teenagers and 4 adult) and have chosen this home not only for its location but also for the floor plan that allowed us to enjoy each others company in several spacious living areas, but also gave each of us the opportunity for privacy, if needed. The home is tastefully decorated, well equipment, and greets you with a welcoming atmosphere the minute you walk in. However, the second you walk out at the back of the home on either floor you can only be awed by the mesmerizing views of the bay looking over a resort style backyard. The landscaping around the pool and backyard is one of the most impressive ones we have ever seen. We have spent so much time in and around the pool, the dock, used the kayaks and played many hours of volleyball on the grassy area. Absolutely gorgeous! Another reason, why this home was the perfect fit for us, is the deeded beach access across the street that brings you to a secluded, gorgeous beach. There you will only meet and greet some of the neighbors, because there is no public beach access anywhere near. We have seen manatees, dolphins, sea-turtles, pelicans, only to name some highlights. We even watched a turtle laying eggs and making her laborious way back to the ocean. We cant wait to arrive back entering this beautiful property through the beautifully landscaped driveway. Everything was perfect - even the weather.
