House is situated on peaceful Lemon Ave which is about half a mile walk to beach.
Key West style home and all living areas and bedrooms are up a set of stairs into the home.
Multiple French doors off the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom which open up onto the screened in deck where you get feel of being surrounded by nature having privacy and trees around.
The living room is comfortably furnished with sofa and chairs with flat screen tv.
Open plan kitchen and dining area off the living room. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator.
There is dining area with table and chairs.
The master bedroom is off the living room and has king size bed and its own large shower room with double vanity and wc.
The guest bedrooms are off the kitchen area, and have queen bed in one and twins in the other. There is a further guest shower room with vanity and wc.
Also in the hallway there is office area with desk and chairs - great workspace if you need to work while on vacation!
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
The doors all open onto the deck where there are several different sitting areas, one with outdoor table and chairs, and a hammock all to relax and overlook the trees and the swimming pool which is at the rear.
The swimming pool is reached by going down the back stairs and is open - great for sunbathing, however is fenced for safety.
Downstairs there is also another outdoor dining area, and couple more hammocks to relax in the sun.
A short walk along the lane which bring you to Manasota Beach.
Shopping and restaurants in Venice are about 5/10 minutes in the car.
