"First Class" Just fantastic! Lesley at TMI was sooo helpful. We wanted somewhere close to the beaches and restaurants as well so we were very pleased of the location. The house was large and absolutely private and overlooked by no one.The salt water pool was just lovely and was the first we had come across in our many travels. Just a few mins by car to Manasota beach with all its sharks teeth and shells.. ( Not too many people which was nice)..We loved the local beaches . We would reccomend to all.. Oh yes bbq and bikes at the house nice touch. Have fun...!! We hope to return in 2012

"One word brilliant" The house is top quality at least as good as those booked via Virgin or Thomson holidays in the past. There is a good swimming pool looking onto a river/pool area that was surrounded by green trees (reminding us of the old Tarzan films) which made it very private. It appeared fairly new as did all the fittings etc which were to the usual american quality, style, amount etc. We liked the area which is quiet and away from the built up area but was still only 15 - 20 minutes from lovely beaches. We used it as a base to explore the whole of the west coast and even on a two night away road trip to Key West. Over a fortnight we did about 2,500 miles and it was brilliant. No need to worry you should have a great stay here...wish I was still there !!

"Beautiful Home" The house is beautiful, with all the amenities you need for an enjoyable same. The property is well maintained, clean, nicely decorated/furnished, and owner is easy to deal with.

"Great Experience!" Loved the house. It had everything we needed. We were very comfortable there. The heated pool was great. I would definitely stay here again. Tmi was very attentive and a pleasure to deal with.

"Paradise during the ash Cloud" Stayed at this villa purely by accident - we were due to fly back to the UK at the end of our holiday but had a 6 day delay. Lesley from TMI was absolutely fantastic and found us this gem. Absolutely loved it - we have had rented many villas over the last 15 yeats but this is my No1. No need to say anymore except we'll be back!

"Perfect family vacation, we are in love!" We fell in love with Port Charolette/ Englewood Florida, it has been the best vacation by far that we have ever had! We stayed in this beautiful home instead of a condo or hotel the experience left us longing for more vacation time. We had plenty of room, the private pool and spa were amazing. The location was perfect, overlooking the lake so we were still on the water, but just a short drive to all the beaches and tourist activities. We had a blast visiting the beaches and wonderful shops but then drove back "home" to a quiet secluded relaxed atmosphere, with really comfortable beds. Lesley took really great care of us, she was amazing! Thank you so much TMI we are looking forward to seeing you next year!

We had a great holiday staying at 908 Boundary Boulevard. The villa is lovely, so spacious, well furnished & decorated & so very well equipped for indoor and outdoor living including beach equipment. Theak you for everything being so well looked after and ready for our arrival. Thanks also to Doreen for her help in getting us onto the internet and for being so friendly, and helpful when we called in . (Hope her mum went to the "Royal Wedding" party and enjoyed herself - we watched it on tv) it was very re-assuring to know that TMI was just up the road or a phone call away if we had any queries. The house information book was very helpful and useful. Our holiday has gone by far too quickly, but we take home many happy memories of this lovely part of the world, the beautiful beaches, the wildlife, the sunshine and the friendly people. We hope to return. Thanks to TMI staff.

Thank you so much for making our stay in Florida so wonderful! We loved our house (2455 Lemon) so much! I can't begin to tell you how much the kids (and us too) enjoyed the pool and the evening walks to the beach! When we find out the kids schedule next year, we will definately be in touch! Hi Lesley Sorry it has taken so long to drop you a note. I got back to work after the vacation and have been so busy that the time has just flown by. We had a great time (again) and thoroughly enjoyed Fessler St. It's a great little spot and the view onto the waterway is just what we wanted - we even got a few glorious sunsets. Thanks again for all your help, the whole process, as usual, was very easy and straightforward. Hopefully we'll see you again soon. David.

Perfect 'home from home' getaway you will love My family and I stayed at alamander 2 for our recent holiday; it was just like home from home - except we don't have a pool! Everything about the house was perfect; extremely well equipped with all the amenities we needed to make our holiday just right, were available in the house. It is in a wonderfully quiet location, within walking distance of the beach, shopping and restaurants. I would urge anyone looking for a quiet well maintained house for their holiday to check out alamander 2 - yes it's not as flash as new properties but is such a wonderful home you will feel like you've been there forever within a couple of days.

"Great place for rest and swim" After 10 days in Orlando's attraction places, we really enjoyed this villa. We stayed one week with our children (12 and 9). The villa offered all what we were expected : a great swimming pool, the beach really close, some space to live in and all the commodities. Superb place for holydays

Great villa with nice lakeview This is a very nice and spacious house, with a great pool. Very beautiful lakeview. Very clean. Good kitchen. Good furniture (beds, sofa's). Great beaches close and easy accessible by car.

This was our second summer on Manasota beach and we enjoy a lot. We prefer comfort of a house than hotel room, that is why we always contact Lesley from TMI to find a house for us. We traveled with another couple with a kid and house was even too big for 5 people. Everybody has enougt privacy if wanted, but we spent most of the time at pool area. Location is excelent, very quiet avenue and it is just 10 min walk to the beach. This time we were lucky and saw 10 manatees hiding in shadow under the bridge. I want to highlight Lesley and Doreen from TMI vacation, their service and help is excelent, from the reservation to check out, always friendly, always with smile. You donīt have to hesitate to call them about anything, they make you feel they do their best for you. If we want to go to West Florida anytime in future, we will choose Manasota Beach, TMI vacation and Lemon av.!

We have rented two different homes on this street through tmi..both spectacular.. this was our fifth year in a row and we have already booked for next year. These homes are beautifully appointed, comfortable, quiet, perfectly located and provide incredible vacation memories..we have already booked for 2012.

Hello Lesley, just a brief message to thank everyone at TMI for another great villa, as well as "what to do advise". My wife and I had another wonderful holiday and the weather could not have been better. We hope to be back in Florida next year and will contact you about another villa on the gulf coast in the spring of 2009. Thank you again.

There was no guest book in the house, so please could you pass the kind regards of this email onto the owner. Both Janet and I had a brilliant time, we thought the house was lovely and very well equipped. It was an open sunny location where we could really relax, the pool was super. We had the best time possible and felt really at home. The fishing dock is fabulous. We caught many fish of various species, as per the note in the garage that mentioned some of the fish in the canal. I managed to hook a big Bass, many Cats and Sun fish, some Alligator Gars and Bowfin. The best fishing I have ever had in Florida. My rod and reel have never seen such action!!! I keep looking at the photos. The internet was a real bonus. We will definately be back for more.

Thanks so much for organizing and looking after us last week. The holiday was marvelous. Keep a wary eye open for a fantastic distressed seller bargain as we love the area and will definately be back for another break as a minimum. All the best to you. PS The good news is the weather here in the UK has been stunning since we returned helping us wind down from Florida.

I just wished to express our appreciation for the fantastic service you gave us duration our stay in the above villa on 17th - 24th April. Minor problems can occur in any property - but to have a handyman on one occasion and a plumber on the second each arriving within half an hour of my phone call was fantastic service - in the UK I think it might take days!!! This villa was of the very high standard and I would recommend it to anyone. Many thanks once again for the wonderful support during our stay in a fantastic villa.

Hi Lesley, I wanted to send this message earlier this week, but things were a little crazy upon our return. We just wanted to say a huge thank you for the beautiful vacation home! We absolutely loved it, and the kids had a blast in the pool every day all to themselves! My parents raved abouth the location and beauty of the home. The definately want to return in the future as do we. I have been bragging about our vacation to friends, and I have a few that are interested in checking your homes out, so hopefully we will be able to generate some more business for you. "A fantasic place, beautiful, elegant, quiet, and very close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay in Manasota 11. Everything was as advertised or better. The layout of the house is excellent, with good access to everything. We had an absolutely great time staying here and did not want to leave to come home. The villa had everything you could possibly want for your holiday and was furnished to a very high standard. It was very clean and pool cleaners came regularly especially after heavy rain to check the water quality. There are shops and restaurants within easy driving distance. We visited several beaches in the area, they are all blue flag equivalent, very clear water, good wash room facilities and we found lots of sharks teeth and beautiful shells on the beaches. The teenage children took full advantage of the pool and wi-fi which worked perfectly first time. Many thanks to Lesley who emailed us with a list of available properties to suit all our criteria and was always able to answer all our questions promptly. A lovely relaxing holiday!" Arrived home safe and sound (but with 3" of snow on the ground in the UK!!!) So from 90 degrees to zero in less than 24 hours..hey ho. We had a great holiday as always and many thanks for all your organising and good to see you when we dropped in. Planning next year already so pencil us in for the Easter period plus but hopefully Sue will be able to get nearly a full 3 weeks as it is her last year before retiring. After that we can come whenever we want!!!
